Policy Advisor
Dr Julia Ebner has over seven years of experience in the field of counter-terrorism and radicalisation prevention.
She has advised governments, intelligence agencies, tech firms and transnational organisations, including NATO, Europol, the World Bank, Google, and Meta. She has also worked for the United Nations Office of Counterterrorism as a Special Advisor on Terrorism Prevention. As part of her role as a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Strategic Dialogue, Julia has led many policy advisory projects and co-authored policy reports and briefings.
